Policies
Please read and understand the following terms before booking. By booking with Mid County Yard Signs, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if booking information is inaccurate or incomplete.
2. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RUSH ORDERS
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date may receive either:
(1) a 50% refund, or
(2) the option to reschedule the previously ordered greeting.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
Rush orders placed within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not guaranteed. If a rush order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
3. INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, hurricanes, freezing temperatures, or other hazardous conditions, Mid County Yard Signs reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel delivery for safety reasons.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
• Errors or omissions made on the order form
• Inability to access the property
• Homeowner denial of permission or request for early removal of the display
5. DELIVERY, SET UP, AND TAKE DOWN
Displays are installed between 7:00 PM the evening prior and 7:00 AM on the scheduled date. Displays are removed after dark on the scheduled date or the following day unless otherwise arranged.
6. NOTIFICATION
When ordering a display for someone outside of the purchaser’s household, the recipient or designated contact may be notified within 24 hours of setup.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST SIGNS
The individual placing the order assumes full responsibility for all display components during the rental period. Charges will be applied for any damaged, stolen, or missing items at full replacement value.
Display items should not be moved or altered without permission. Lawn care services, including mowing and watering, should be suspended while the display is in place.
8. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Mid County Yard Signs reserves the right to decline the use of any word, phrase, or image deemed offensive or inappropriate by the company, the recipient, or the general public.
9. LIABILITY
Mid County Yard Signs shall not be held liable for any damage to property, including but not limited to irrigation systems, underground utilities, landscaping, or lawn conditions, resulting from the installation, display, or removal of rental signs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is clearly marked and free of any underground hazards, including sprinkler systems, invisible fences, or utility lines.
Mid County Yard Signs is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by any persons or property during the rental period. By booking, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mid County Yard Signs from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the installation, use, or removal of rental displays.
